Kiss vs. Irene Cara - Fame Was Made For Lovin You

  • Kiss - I Was Made For Lovin You (Acapella)
  • Irene Cara - Fame (Instrumental)

The most funny thing I can think about is the reactions to this song when I play it live, because nobody thinks about it as being even possible to mashup together!
"I Was Made for Lovin' You" was originally released in 1979, on the album Dynasty by Kiss. It was released as the A-side of their first single from the album.
"Fame" is a Pop song that was released in 1980, and achieved chart success as the theme song to the Fame film and TV series. The song was performed by Irene Cara, who played the role of Coco Hernandez in the original movie. It won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1980, and the Golden Globe Award for the same.
The tune was later used as the theme song for the Fame television series, which aired from 1982 to 1987. It was also used in other TV shows related to Fame.
